FW: best storage? Try 2

Thanks.

Content is off a Mini-DV tape and brought into a canopus based Adobe 6.5
Premiere System as .avi (not sure I or II). From there I edit it and output
in various formats, though QuickTime is still my favorite. But I understand
that most of the compressed formats are missing information and aren't
editable.

BTW, I've seen the same names here and on the Cleaner list in days past, but
I no longer see Cleaner emails. Is it still running?

Thanks again.

Hi Don,

You neglected to mention the format the content originated in and was
edited in, which could impact the answer.

Subject: best storage?

Hi,
Quick question. I'm wondering what the best format to archive my videos in
is? I'll be storing in data format to CD or DVD. Compression if possible,
but I may need to re-edit the video and post again. Videos go to web and
CDs.

Thanks.
