I'm running it on a Lombard here under 10.2.x and with 10.3 and on my
upgraded PowerMac 7300 under 10.2.6.
I'll lay bets it's because you don't have enough disk space.
I seem to recall that QT installer needed something like 600 megabytes
of free space or they wouldn't install?
