I have many embeded movies on my site.  I want to have people who visit 
my site  be able to rate the embeded movies. I don't want them to be 
able to rate the movie with out watching at least part of it first. I 
was thinking that I could trigger a pop up window to open half way 
through the movie where they could choose 1 to 5 stars. I would then 
take that rating and display it on the web site for next peoples to see 
before they play the movie.

That being said, Is there a tag or attribute that I can include in the 
embed tag that would launch a small browser window (ie pop up)?

maybe there is a better way to do this? Any suggestions?
