QT Plugin Question

I need to be able to show the first frame of a set of 9 mp4 movies that are 320 X 240 on a page and currently I am having to load all of the clips. Then the client choose one and I have it popout to another player. I would like to only load the first frame of the movie until the user clicks on it. IS this possible?

The movies are made automatically and sent to me so I know I can make poster movies, and embed those but I don't have that to work with
