Folks,

    The MPEG-2 playback component stopped working on Dec 15th.  However, to
my surprise, QT 6.5 doesn9t fix this!

    Is there any way to get my MPEG-2 back?

yup.

go to your Apple store account and download the updated version of the plugin.

Works for me.
