Try mp4creator.
You _might_ be able to do this in terminal (these should be all on one line)
% ffmpeg -i /volumes/video_source.avi -f m4v -an -vcodec copy
/volumes/video_output.m4v
Then with the output file
% mp4creator -create=/volumes/video_output.m4v /volumes/final_output.mp4 &
mp4creator -create=/volumes/audio_source.aac /volumes/final_output.mp4
You may even be able to do this in one go
% ffmpeg -i /volumes/source.avi -f m4v -an -vcodec copy /dev/stdout |
mp4creator -create=/dev/stdin /volumes/final_output.mp4 & mp4creator
-create=/volumes/audio_source.aac /volumes/final_output.mp4
I'm a little rusty as I haven't done this for about six months but
someone'll come along and set you straight.
:)
