Mac OS X platform compatible MPEG-4 Encoder Card

I'm looking for a Macintosh compatible MPEG-4 encoder card to encode an analog signal to be streamed via Darwin Streaming Server. There are a number of Win2k cards that will encode 4 or more simultaneous sources, but so far none work on the Mac platform... Any help?
