I've created multiple movies from Pinnacle Studio 8.10 using the Indeo 5.10
AVI codec. I want to convert these to QuickTime format for online sharing,
however when I open the movies there is no audio in QuickTime. QuickTime
Pro doesn't even recognize an audio track within the file. When I create
AVI's using Cinepack and the lesser quality (IMO) Indeo 3.2 codecs, there
is audio when played in QuickTime. However I can view the AVI fine -
including audio - with Windows Media Player, Winamp, etc.
Does anyone have any insight as to why might Indeo 5.10 encoded AVI's have
no audio in QuickTime?
My audio settings for the movie:
- PCM
- 16-bit stereo
- 44.1kHz
- Included in AVI
Thanks for any help..
Jess
