I believe the nagging has always been that you see the nag the first time each day that you launch QuickTime Player, or the first time you use the plug-in. If you're using QuickTime inside some other player (shockwave or Director projector for example) you'll never get nagged.The plug-in shows the dialog *once*, ever, two weeks after it is run for the first time.
