I sent this message earlier to the list admin by mistake my apologies.
Ever since we started offering a QuickTime version of our video library
to our users, I noticed that only the QuickTime videos are experiencing
a "pixalization" (pixels become extremely big and ugly) when the video
fades to black, or in dissolves and other transitions, while the rest
of
the video is OK.
I examined all the formats that I have of the same videos, Windows
Media, Real, and MPEG, and even the Tapes, and only QuickTime files are
having this problem.
I used Cleaner 5.xx and Windows 2000 to encode from the MPEG source,
and
we use progressive download.
Any suggestions on how to correct this?
Did I overlooked a setting that handles such a thing in Cleaner?
Thank you for any suggestions.
