I am streaming an mp4 file live from a camera. The problem is the frame
rate at the sendin end is fine, 15 fps, however quicktime shows 7 to 9
fps..
and the number increases if i goto a faster comp. What can be the problem.
Is it a way for me to find out at what rate does quicktime decode if not
display?
I am new to quicktime and all, so please help me out
