I bought the computer from compusa. I do not have any sample.mov or any
*.mov on my machine. I have tried clicking on small, med, large. The
only thing that continues to happen is the little upside down triangle
runs across the screen, but nothing happens.
Is there any other software that I might be missing? According to
software updater, I have the latest version.
