Correction re IBM ViaVoice

Earlier I had stated that ViaVoice did not work with MacOS X 10.2 and higher. I was mistaken about that according to:

http://www-3.ibm.com/software/speech/support/us/vvmac3_index.html

...which states that a version of ViaVoice for 10.2.2 is available for download.
