The "etchelon" is echelon, if somebody wants to ask google.
Not shure if it is good or bad, its like war, it depends, doesnt it?
The echelon project was leaked to John Young, who now runs a website on it
(and similar "big brotherish" things). He is an architect but IMHO the
best he can do is writing, some kind of Burroughs style, even better.
