I posted this message last week and haven't had any suggestions, I have 9 small real video clips that I'd like to convert to QT. I encoded the files over 5 years ago and no longer have access to the original content. Any ideas ????

I don't have much experience as a compressionist but as far as I remember it it's once Real always Real. Maybe you can use some kind of screen capturing app like Snapz Pro for OS X (http://www.ambrosiasw.com/utilities/snapzprox/) but I doubt that you will get too many fps out of it.
