I am currently working on a large educational multimedia project that
is considering using QuickTime as the platform for presenting a lot og
multimedia content.
However, the nag-screen situation has effectively stopped us from using
QuickTime before and I am afraid that this will tip the scale again -
towards another technologi (i.e. Flash).
Can some of you please post a message descibing the nag-screen
situation in the current QT version for Windows, and any other comments
you might want to share on the topic?
Have communicated with Apple before on this topic but so far, a
solutions to this problem has been in the blue. It really kills me
every time we have to ditch QT because the nag-screen situation is too
annoying/confusing for our students and switch to a second rate
technology.
Anyone?
Sincerely,
