Will AOL users have Quicktime installed, thus reducing "Quicktime Penalty"?

I had read that AOL would be using QT for music. If so, does that mean that the 28 million or whatever AOL users would have QT installed as part of their AOL installation. If so, that would be quite something and would greatly reduce the "Quicktime penalty" for video sites, such as ours, that have opted for QT over the windows-installed WMP. If noone has the answer on this list, I will find it out and post it.
