Subject: API/Livestage access to quicktime EQ? From: Graham Anderson <email@hidden> To: email@hidden
hi :)
can you boost individual frequencies [like 90, 500, 1000, and etc HZ] in real time with QT?
Why? thinking about using a server generated text file that tells QT to boost certain frequencies in real time to provide a date/time/user stamp to audio files. This could be akin to QT playing a midi file....like a morse code. Of course, this scenario is theoretical ;)
This selective boosting of EQ would repeat every 2 seconds or so while the audio track plays....
maybe there is a better way? Maybe someone has been down this road before?
fishing....
wiring in qt movies has a Get and Set Treble and Bass call.
this is probably not what you need but it is there...
