hi :)

can you boost individual frequencies [like 90, 500, 1000, and etc HZ]
in real time with QT?

Why?
thinking about using a server generated text file that tells QT to
boost certain frequencies in real time to provide a date/time/user
stamp to audio files. This could be akin to QT playing a midi
file....like a morse code. Of course, this scenario is theoretical ;)

This selective boosting of EQ would repeat every 2 seconds or so while
the audio track plays....

maybe there is a better way? Maybe someone has been down this road
before?

fishing....

wiring in qt movies has a Get and Set Treble and Bass call.

it seems to take two shorts as parameters... I've never used it but I did add it to vrhotwires...

TrackSetBassTreble 11 22 would maybe set the treble to 11 and the bass to 22.

this is probably not what you need but it is there...
