alpha channel in panther

hello all,

what could possibly be the reason why when using draw mode: alpha channel on a flash track in LSP, the exported movie appears all messed up in panther (and win 2000)? objects are moved around in the swf file, and the video track is misplaced. however, if using draw mode: dither, it looks normal (though you cant see the video because there is no transparancy anymore...) using draw mode: transparancy solves this problem, but it keys out any color of a specific choice.
