What is the goal? Does the audio match the video? If so, do you need the extra 15 seconds of audio?

If you copy the audio track, select at the start of the video track movie, do an Add, you should have audio lined up with the video, and then 15 seconds of white frame where there's audio only. To get rid of that 15 seconds, go to the end of the movie, select nothing (command-b), then shift-left arrow to select from the end of the movie to the end of the last video frame.
