Help with HREFTracks not Launching

I am working with an art professor to make a video slideshow of sorts with using QuickTime's HREFTrack. We've taped his lecture and what we want to do now is a launch the URL of the image he's talking about in a separate browser window. I've followed the instructions on Apple's website and I've even downloaded a tool called Textation to try to get the movie working, but nothing ever launches. Here is the track info I'm trying to import for my HREFTrack (this is what was exported from QuickTime after the inital export at Text to Text and I edited the timestamps):

I'm using QuickTime Pro 6.5 and Safari 1.1.1 for my browser. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
