With a movie open, instead of command-I or control-I, try command-J or control-J. Do you get a dialog? If so, what do the two popup menu say?

Does your File menu have an Export now? Does the Edit menu have Extract Tracks, etc?

Cmd-I gets me Movie Information; Cmd-J gets me the Properties Dialogue. The Ctrl choice give me zip

File menu has Export; Edit has Enable Tracks. Still no way to look at tracks as Apple describes. Still no ability to Copy and Paste.
