HREF track/fast start problems

Hi everyone, any thoughts on what we're seeing?

Summary of problems on Windows XP with QuickTime 6.5.2 using either Internet Explorer or Firefox. (Problem does not occur in OSX 10.4 with QuickTime 7)

The movie has an audio track and an HREF text track, and the movie was set to fast start. It was uploaded to a web server and embedded in an HTML page.

On Windows it appears as if the complete HREF track isn't loaded. The audio begins playing and loads the 1st URL in the HREF track, then the 2nd, misses the 3rd, loads the 4th, then misses all other URL's until the last one. (The same URL's are missing whether IE or Firefox are used.)

Setting the HREF track to preload doesn't makes a difference.

If I click the reload button, which refreshes the page but pulls the movie from the cache, the HREF track works as expected and all URL's are triggered.

If the movie is changed to not fast-start, and the cache is emptied, then the movie works as expected.
