Hi Harry,
On my Windows box H264 main profile exported by QT Player doesn't playback
video on the Elecard Player 3: only the audio track. I wished I was able to
tryout the v4 beta but the installer missed a dynamic library I couldn't
find anywhere on the net (ELGViewer.dll).
Elecard player didn't do better with many other encoders either:
1) Nero Digital: Video Only;
2) Super 1.802 (ffmpeg) gave out an orrible magenta color cast and no audio;
3) Vanguard: The same color cast as above but the audio stream at least was
there;
4) MainConcept playedback very bad with frequently freezed frames. This is
incredible since I was told that Elecard been bought by MainConcept several
months ago. Maybe the version 4?
5) x264 Is OK: Good audio and video...
6) ...and of course One Click Encoder which is made by Elecard as well
