Re: Click Here

Hi,

So this url(http://www.apple.com/trailers/dreamworks/the_ring_two/ ring2_lrg.html) is done the way you describe? My boggle is the url does not seem to change. It seems to simply advance a frame into the movie. From your explanation, my site(http://ckimedia.com) uses this the correct technique?

It's called a "Poster" movie. Any image can be used as a "placeholder" for the actual movie. It works the same way as any image that "links" to any URL by using href tags in the html code. Take a look at my site to see some examples I used for skin track movies.

I've notice several QT trailers that have a click here to begin play
frame in a .mov, how is this done?
