Are you judging H.264's quality based on low data rate testing? The tests I've seen were in the 70k/s range, and for cinema they might well use 25 megabit.



Often a major change in the market place - spurs some sole working in his or her basement - to come up with something better - sometimes way better than the "majority" thought possible. Is now the time for a quantum leap. Hope so. Will it be "Quicktime 42B"?
