I dont understand why 5 seconds are a problem for you, there are millions
of options in mp4creator, the main difference between QT and mp4creator is
the default packetsize in the hint track, maybe you want to change it
that it fits better into the now usual ADSL landscape with pppoe or
whatever your box uses. Anyway, here is the very old test file that once
came with MPEG4IP, the days, when it came with the DSS as well, featuring
one of the dear and noble authors counting from one to ten:
