I have this problem with FCP, I have 30 videos to produce for a web
site, but when I export to Quicktime movie Quicktime disable the full
quality by default, so I have to enable this for each video, that
really su... is there a way to export with full quality enable by
default???

Here is a link to an AppleScript droplet that will change the track named "Video Track" to high quality enabled. You should be able to drag and drop all of your videos on the droplet and have high quality set to enabled. I modified an existing script so this is largely untested. Use at your own risk, use on copies, etc.
