| You could simply make the .aiff into a .mov and add your image. Or use what is known as a "poster movie" inside your html code. Both are very easy to do. If you want the file to "wait" until a viewer "clicks" (click the picture of the dog and hear it go "woof") the poster movie code would work best. You'll find examples of the code all over the Web.
