Broken browser plugin from LMS

I have a number of ref movies that are served by our LMS (WebCT CE 4.1)
which are now displaying a broken plugin under QT 7.

These movies all have the same structure - the first frame displayed as a
photo JPEG, and a streaming track which points to our campus QTSS. Each
movie is a ref pointing to multiple connection speed movies.

They are all still working under QT 6.5 (both Mac and Windows) but not under
QT7 under 10.4.1. I have just updated to QT 7.0.1 with no change. It is the
same in all my browsers - Safari, IE, Firefox, Mozilla etc

Has anyone else out there in education land seen anything similar? Movies
built in the same way, but stored on a "normal" web server (as opposed to a
LMS) are working.

Cheers from down under,

Anthony
