Now I know the whole 'pasp' support fro DV kept being deferred even
when I was there, but I would have though this very common format
warranted a special case in the exporter, especially as there is no
way to override its defaults.
You might try doing a save as reference movie that has been resized
to 640x480. In fact, I tried it, you don't even need to do a save,
just size the movie to 640x480 and do the export.
About the speed (lack of), can't you get back there and sort them out?
