a href in Safari?

I haven't done this in awhile so I may be missing something obvious
but when I click on the a href'd links on this page:
http://www.secondstepmusic.com/live_at_Richie's_test.html  Safari
shows a dialog that includes: "can't load page". Eventually it loads
but I'd like to get rid of the dialog. Thanks for any help--Willy
