Hi Jerry,

This behavior can occur (for Mac users) when the Help system's cache is out of phase with the remote content. It should eventually straighten itself out, provided the user is connected to the Internet. Or, to manually reset the Help system, delete ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.helpui/

a Chapter List for a Movie".  Strange result, but it gets weirder.  

Clicking on this hit brings up information on "3G File Format Export 

Options".


I'm running QT 7.0..3 on a PowerBook running OS X 10.3.9.
