Help! How to tell packet size of extant hint track

Hello all,

I'm working with a client, trying to get some .3g2 mobile video to stream correctly. We have some existing files that work well, and are trying to duplicate the results.

So, here's my question. Is there any way to tell what packetization parameters were used when hinting? Specifically packet size and duration? I can figure out how the file was encoded, but don't know of any tools that can analyze the hint tracks for me.
