You need to pick up a copy of "QuickTime for the Web" which includes QT Pro keys (for QT6) on the accompanying CD along with tons of great examples.  Unfortunately, this essential tome has not been upgraded to QuickTime 7 yet.

The latest edition, however, is still relevant in most cases.
