Subject: Scripting iPod Export

I use AppleScript and Quicktime player to do some rudimentary
reformatting of Quicktimes.  With video podcasts being the next big
thing I am looking into doing that as well.
Is there some way to script specifically for an iPod or do I have to
script a mp4 export and do the settings myself?
