A client has sent me a file of a keynote speech at a summit he put on, and would like me to put it up in streaming form. It's probably about 45 - 50 minutes long. I have access to a Darwin streaming QT server, and would like to convert it to QT to do this - but I cannot open the file (I'm a Mac guy all the way, pretty much). I have the Windows media player installed on my Mac running Tiger, but cannot open the file with that.

Any suggestions on how I might convert it or even open it to convert? Or even stream it as a wmv file (I don't have any access on the MS side of things and have never tried to stream video in that format).

I haven't dealt with video for a few years, so my skills are a bit rusty.
