re: Digital still camera that takes QT movies?

Kodak DX7440 generates .MOV files of 320x240 or 640x480 MPEG-4 video with IMA4:1 monophonic audio. Recording time depends on size of SD card inserted. Uses about 1200 kbits/sec for 320x240 24fps, 2100 kbits/sec for 640x480 13fps, both with 12kHz audio. No trouble converting them with QuickTime Pro on a Mac. Pogue reviewed this camera about a year ago in New York Times-- said it was easy to use, had minimal shutter delay. I agree. My wife and I are quite happy with it as a family camera.
