>Does anybody have any way to make video for iPod other that using default "Movie to iPod"?
Yes but they all make calls to QuickTime so the issues remain the same. I like Digigami's freeware app, "MoviesForMyPod 0.993" (http://www.digigami.com/download/) but you are on Windows
>I've tried every setting under the sun and nothing else works. We use a windows machine ( running Agility's Anystream software) that transcodes some DV/DVC - NTCS video to three different versions of .H264 video with ACC audio for our website and archive. I can encode to Apple's specs for the iPods, and play the video with iTunes but it won't transfer to the pod. So I started playing with the export settings on QuickTime Pro on my Mac and nothing will work EXCEPT the "Movie to iPod"....not even if you match the settings exactly when exporting "Movie to QuickTime Movie". The Windows machine is running Windows 2000, Mac is running 10.3.9 - both with the latest QuickTime versions.
