Has anyone used Popwire's Compression Master 3.2 for MBR for WMP ?

I would like to centralize all production/encoding on a Mac computer with Final Cut and other Mac stuff.... Unfortunately, I need to compress the final online movie files to WM 9 MBR

With the right knowledge, can I get the same compression quality out of Popwire's product on a Mac as I would using a Windows machine ? any gotchas / bugs ?
