I use it too, for all sorts, including FLV, WMV, QuickTime, all at the same time. There is at least one outstanding bug in 3.2 that affects FLVs, but they're working on an update that should take care of that.

I did the movies at this site with CM at 268kbit/s:

Those are FLVs, Sorenson. I would get similar results with WMV. The FLV quality is quite a bit better than Flash 8 can do itself.
