I am new to using QuickTime for development purpose so please bear
with me if this is a subject that has already been covered. We have
recently setup a QuickTime Streaming Server. Some of the content we
have to put out there has chapter markers that we would like
available. I found an earlier post from this list on how to add
chapter markers to a reference movie to accomplish this task. By
following the directions in that post and from the Help Viewer I was
able to successfully create a reference movie with chapter markers.
The only problem is that each chapter marker shows up twice in the
list. I checked the QuickTime Discussion board and there are other
users with the same problem, but no one has posted a solution. Is
anyone else experiencing the same kind of trouble? Has anyone found
a way to fix this or avoid this problem? The only solution I came
across was to use a metadata editor called Hootenanny. I found this
program very awkward and not helpful at all. Any help or suggestions
will be much appreciated!
Thanks,
Mike
