A customer as some video files in what he was told is Microsoft Cinemania format. Anyone have a suggestion on how to open and play these files? So far he hasn’t found an application that will open the files.

Can he not locate an older computer, as described in the Wiki link above? Given the age (1997), and that Cinemania is an Application, would suspect that the files themselves would be some sort of AVI, or possibly MPEG1 (but doubt that, given the computer specs). It may also be possible that they have some sort of media key in them, like Sorenson.
Any chance of posting a small example file up somewhere for us to try and take a look?
