Quicktime Plug-in image before streaming content

Dear all,

I'm a new member of this list and have a very specific Quicktime question
regarding streaming content.

I have a streaming video file on one of my client's home page:

http://www.blackoutkids.com/

The client wants me to turn off Autoplay so that the streaming content
doesn't automatically play. But when I do that, I am left with the Quicktime
Plug-in default appearing in place of the video. Once you click on the
plug-in "play" control, it disappears and the video starts playing.

How can I set this page up so that the first frame of the video appears in
place of the plug-in image?

Here is the code I am currently using for my page:

<object CLASSID="clsid:02BF25D5-8C17-4B23-BC80-D3488ABDDC6B" width="320"
height="256" align="middle" border="0"
CODEBASE="http://www.apple.com/qtactivex/qtplugin.cab";>

              <param name="src"
value="http://206.239.24.132/RehearsalStreaming.mov";>
              <param name="autoplay" value="false">
              <param name="loop" value="false">
              <param name="controller" value="true">
              <embed src="http://206.239.24.132/RehearsalStreaming.mov";
width="320" height="256" loop="false" align="middle" autoplay="false"
controller="true" border="2"
pluginspage="http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download";></embed>
            </object>

Thanks in advance.

-Chris
