Subject: Quicktime Plug-in image before streaming content
I have a streaming video file on one of my client's home page: http://www.blackoutkids.com/
The client wants me to turn off Autoplay so that the streaming content
doesn't automatically play. But when I do that, I am left with the
Quicktime
Plug-in default appearing in place of the video. Once you click on the
plug-in "play" control, it disappears and the video starts playing.
How can I set this page up so that the first frame of the video
appears in
place of the plug-in image?
Don't have the time to write code, but what you need is a poster
movie, a still frame from your reference movie.
When someone clicks on this, it will call up your reference movie,
which calls up your streaming movie.
Do a google search on QuickTime Poster movies, you'll get stuff like
Sorry could not help more...
