the sample clip Lawrence provided is already hinted.
the hinting has got nothing to do with how the actual H264 video track
advertises itself in terms of Profile and Level in the 'avcC' image
description extension.
if you follow my suggestions on how to 'massage' the provided sample clip,
I have no reasons to believe that it shouldn't play through a streamer
since it does play locally.
