What are Quick Time Players limits exactly?
My boss may have found a limit...
we aren't sure if the limit was a video duration limit or file size limit.
Basically we tried to play a video with QTP that was 1 hour and 59
minutes long and about the size of 7 gigs. QTP would only play
exactly 1 hour 7 minutes and 35 seconds. Our solution was to split
the file into two videos and we where able to play them back to back
with QTP.
(VLC was able to open the original file, display correct duration and
play the entire video, though we don't use VLC for broadcast anymore
because sadly it is too buggy to play videos 24/7/365.)
So what are the limitations of QTP? Duration, File Size, bit rate, etc?
