Help, I’m desperate for a solution. I have a
quicktime file that has been created on a mac with the settings listed at the
end of this message. I am trying to play and further process the file on
a pc and get a error-2048 “not a movie file”. The file has
been copied directly from a dvd that will play fine on a mac as well. I
have further tried to process the file with VLC and also Mediacoder with no
success. The only change after copying the file from the dvd was renaming
with a .mov extension. The result has been the same with different pcs.
Please suggest anything I can do. Thanks in advance.
