I have a strange issue with a batch of QTs. The prob occurs on
Windows XP SP2, and on several PCs, but doesn't happen on a Mac.
The audio can only be heard if the user uses headphones.
I know the speakers work as System sounds and other progs play
properly through the speakers.
The QT's are:
500 x 400 roughly
Sorenson Video 3 Pro at a high data rate (4 mega bits per sec).
I have tried AAC audio (118 bit roughly) and also IMA 4:1
I tried 32Khz and 44.1Khz
and also Mono and Stereo (L R)
I tried 2 Squeeze and also Compressor.
The originals are PAL DV created from Final Cut Pro.
all with no success, I used the same settings that I used on a job
that worked last week!
Unfortunately, I don't have access to the PC to test loads of
settings (as it's my clients PCs).
Has anyone had a similar problem?
Let me know if I've missed something.
