Hi Everyone,

I have a strange issue with a batch of QTs. The prob occurs on Windows XP SP2, and on several PCs, but doesn't happen on a Mac.

The audio can only be heard if the user uses headphones.
I know the speakers work as System sounds and other progs play properly through the speakers.

	Sounds like a hardware issue - do other QTs play okay?
	Have them try:

Start -> Control Panels -> QuickTime -> Audio tab -> Device/Select Audio...

Audio tab/Advanced...

Speakers tab/Speaker setup

and see what's been set there.
May be that through the QT settings, it's set to headphones, while other programs are set differently?
